After completing the registration of the WhatsApp number, you will be reachable via WhatsApp on the Saysimple platform. You can log in to the Saysimple platform via this URL: [companyname].saysimple.io.
Step 1: Add Users
Once logged into Saysimple, you can invite other users by navigating to 'Settings' in the left sidebar. There, you will find a section called 'Users.' Choose 'Overview' and then '+ Add Users' to add users. You can always purchase more user slots through the platform if you reach the user limit.
