In this article we show you how you can archive conversations in the inbox.
Click on a conversation you want to archive.
Once the conversation is loaded, you can archive it. To archive a conversation, click on the grey button with the text 'archive' located at the top right. Now you have archived the conversation.
To find the conversation again, click on 'archived' in the inbox menu.
Additionally, it is also possible to unarchive a conversation. To unarchive a conversation, click on the gray button with the text 'Unarchive' located at the top right.
Now the conversation is back in 'new' or in 'open'.
You can also right-click on the conversation and select 'archive'.
