In this article we show you how to create a contact.
Navigate from the inbox to the contacts page via the menu on the left side. 
To add a new contact, click on the blue button 'add contact'.
Here, you can enter the details of the new contact.
In addition to standard contact information, you can also give a contact high priority. Messages from this contact will then appear at the top of the inbox.
With the 'block' switch you can block this number from sending messages to your WhatsApp channel.
The 'opt-in' switch is to indicate that this contact wants to receive engage messages. If this switch is off this contact will not appear in an engage message.
Don't forget to click the 'add contact' button once you have filled in all the details.
