- The recipient is using an old version of WhatsApp; they must use the following version of WhatsApp or a newer one:

- SMBI: 2.21.170.4
- KaiOS: 2.2130.10
- Web: 2.2132.6
To resolve this issue, you need to confirm with the recipient that they agree to be contacted by your company through WhatsApp and that they are using the latest version of WhatsApp.
This will happen automatically once the recipient accepts the latest terms, updates their version of WhatsApp, and subsequently sends a message to your WhatsApp Business API channel.
