How do you use Quick Replies?

When you're in a conversation, simply type '/' in the message bar to access quick reply options for that conversation. From there, you'll see various options to choose from, making it easy to respond swiftly.

How do you add and adjust Quick Replies?

Adding a quick reply is easy. Just click on 'Add New Quick Reply' while in a conversation. 

You can personalize quick replies for specific channels within the platform. The ability to add Quick Replies is based on your role within the platform:

Admin

Quick Replies for themselves

For all other users Per channel
Manager Quick Replies for themselves For all other users Per channel
Agent Quick Replies for themselves Just for the channel they're currently in  

Do you want to create a personalized experience for the receiver? Click on '{ }' to include automated variables, like always inserting the receiver's name for a more personalized touch.

How do you adjust or remove a Quick Reply?

Need to make changes? No problem. Simply click on the pencil icon to edit or the bin icon to remove a quick reply.

! Reminder: Quick reply functionality is only available within 24 hours of receiving a message. After that, you'll need a paid WhatsApp template to continue using it !
