Set welcome message or out-of-office message

To do this, go to the Settings> Channel Settings. The channel settings are only visible to a user with manager rights, so ask your manager if you can’t see these settings. The manager must first select a channel. Then scroll down to set and enable the welcome message or out of office message with slider. A welcome message is sent with a customer message within opening hours, an out of office message is sent with a customer message outside opening hours. You can set these opening hours yourself below.
