You can create a secure export of the conversations in the Saysimple platform.
Choose a start and end date and click on the button to generate a CSV file. The file contains all received and sent messages within the chosen period. The file is stored in your safe environment.
After generation, the download link is available for 10 minutes and the file is automatically deleted from the server. The downloaded CSV may contain privacy sensitive information and should be treated as such.
