We have different types of notifications that you can turn on within the saysimple platform; Sound Notifications, Browser Notifications and Email Notifications. To do this, go to Settings> User Settings. You can then turn on which type of messages you want to receive notifications for. In addition, we have standard notifications in the Saysimple tab, the number in the tab represents the number of new conversations in ‘New’.
