Change Settings – Agent

The following settings can be changed by an agent himself:

  • Screen name
  • Language: Dutch, English and Spanish
  • Time format: 21:45 or 9:45 PM
  • Enter to send: on/off
  • Smart inbox: on/off
    on = conversations that wait the longest for answers are at the top
    off = conversations with the latest messages or response from the agent are at the top
  • Sound notifications
  • Browser notifications
  • E-mail notifications
  • Password

All other settings can be changed by users with Manager rights. A Manager can give another colleague Manager permissions by going to “User Accounts” and clicking on the pen next to the user.
