The following settings can be changed by an agent himself:
- Screen name
- Language: Dutch, English and Spanish
- Time format: 21:45 or 9:45 PM
- Enter to send: on/off
- Smart inbox: on/off
on = conversations that wait the longest for answers are at the top
off = conversations with the latest messages or response from the agent are at the top - Sound notifications
- Browser notifications
- E-mail notifications
- Password
All other settings can be changed by users with Manager rights. A Manager can give another colleague Manager permissions by going to “User Accounts” and clicking on the pen next to the user.
