A WhatsApp Template message can be send to a contact outside of the 24-hour Customer Care Window.
- A WhatsApp Template can contain a maximum of 1024 characters.
- It is not possible to place two or more blank lines one after another.
- The title can only consist of lowercase letters, hyphens, and numbers.
