Migration from Another Solution Provider to Saysimple

Number migration refers to the process of moving a phone number that is already registered with the WhatsApp Business API between WhatsApp Business Accounts. This enables businesses to switch BSPs (Business Solution Providers) or transfer their number to a new WhatsApp Business Account. A number can only be migrated between accounts if the source and destination Business Manager IDs are the same.

Once migrated, the phone number retains its display name, quality rating, messaging limits, Official Business Account status, and any previously approved high-quality message templates. However, message and chat history, payment methods, and unapproved message templates are not migrated.
