HubSpot plugin - Installation Guide

Install the Saysimple HubSpot plugin integration to unify all your WhatsApp contacts in your CRM and vice versa. Create lists and workflows based on specific conversation topics.

To install the HubSpot plugin, you will need a HubSpot account and a Saysimple license.

1. Installation

1. Install the Saysimple app in HubSpot by clicking on this link: Saysimple - HubSpot Module Installation.
2. Install the HubSpot app in Saysimple, available in the Saysimple Marketplace.

2. Configuration

1. Once the applications are installed, go to HubSpot, click on the store icon at the top, and navigate to connected applications.
   
   
2. Access the actions for the Saysimple application and go to settings.
3. Click on the API Key button and copy it.
4. After copying, go to Saysimple, navigate to the Marketplace, locate the HubSpot plugin, and install it if it's not already installed. To do this, click on the gear icon and paste the previously copied key into the API Key section.
   
   

3. Generate API Key

1. After configuring the API Key in Saysimple, go to the "Settings" section of Saysimple and access the "Developers" section via the "Overview" button. Here, generate an API Key that you will need to place in HubSpot.
2. Click "+ Add API Key" to open a form, click Ok, and an information panel with your data will be displayed.
   
   
3. Copy the "Your API key" parameter, then go to HubSpot, to the API Key configuration, and paste the copied value into the Saysimple section in the "X Api Key" field.
4. Return to the previous page in Saysimple, copy the "Your API secret" parameter, and similarly, go to the API Key configuration in HubSpot and paste it into the Saysimple section in the "Authorize" field.
   
   

4. Traceability Configuration

1. The first part of the installation must be completed.
2. Go to Saysimple > Settings > Developers – Overview.
3. At the top, access the webhooks section.
4. Create two webhooks, both sharing the same URL and the same additional headers. The events will be entry::received and entry::sent. These webhooks will help configure the traceability of the messages, allowing you to log both received and sent messages from Saysimple in HubSpot notes.
