Linking Facebook Messenger to your Saysimple platform can be done in three easy steps.
- Request to connect a Facebook Messenger channel via support@saysimple.com
- We add the channel for you. You will receive a confirmation from us once that is done.
- After our confirmation go to Settings > Channel Settings > Facebook Messenger. Click on the blue Facebook button and log in with a Facebook account that has administrator rights to the to-be-connected Facebook page.
Once done the channel is ready for use.
