      Facebook Messenger

      You can connect Facebook Messenger to your Saysimple platform in just three steps.

      1. Send a request to connect a Facebook Messenger channel to support@saysimple.com.

      2. We will add the channel for you and send a confirmation once it’s ready.

      3. After our confirmation, go to Settings > Channel Settings > Facebook Messenger. Click the blue Facebook button and log in with a Facebook account that has administrator rights to the Facebook Page you want to connect.

      Once connected, the channel is ready to use.
