Add tags and labels

Labels and tags are useful for categorizing contacts and conversations by topic. For example: “sales”, “marketing”, “HR”, etcetera. Think carefully about which labels and tags you want to use, you can make these yourself under “settings” “tags"/"labels”. In general, a label is about the contact, a tag is about the conversation.
