Add Saysimple contacts to HubSpot lists and enable bulk activity sync

In this article, we’ll explain how to add contacts from the Saysimple platform to a HubSpot list and enable bulk activity synchronization. Follow these steps to easily create a workflow in HubSpot.

1. Create the workflow trigger

  1. Navigate to the left-hand menu in HubSpot and select ‘Automations’.
  2. Click on ‘Create workflow’, then choose ‘From scratch’.
  3. Ensure your workflow is ‘Contact-based’.
  4. Select ‘Blank workflow’ and click ‘Next’ in the top-right corner.
  5. Click on ‘Set up triggers’. Choose ‘When filter criteria is met’ and select ‘Contact property’ under ‘Object information’.

2. Set the first action

  1. Click on the ‘+’ icon below the trigger.
  2. In the search bar, type ‘Set property value’ and select it.
  3. Configure the action: click the dropdown under ‘Property to set’ and search for ‘Sincronizar
    actividad’.

  4. Select this property and enter a new value: choose ‘Sí’.
  5. Click ‘Save’ to store the action.

3. Create the final action

  1. Click the ‘+’ icon below the trigger again.
  2. In the search bar, type ‘Add to static list’ and select this option.
  3. Find the list where you want to add the Saysimple contacts and click ‘Save’.
  4. Click ‘Review and publish’ in the top-right corner to complete the workflow.

Your workflow is now ready to use. This will allow you to easily add Saysimple contacts to HubSpot lists and enable activity synchronization in bulk.
