Notifications

Within the Saysimple platform, you can enable different types of notifications: sound notifications, browser notifications, and email notifications.

To set these up, go to Settings > User Settings. From there, you can choose which types of messages you want to receive notifications for.

In addition, there are standard notifications shown in the Saysimple browser tab: the number in the tab represents the number of new conversations in the “New” section.

Sound notifications

  • New incoming conversations in “New”

  • Any new response in conversations in “New”

  • When a conversation is assigned to me

  • New response in a conversation assigned to me

Browser notifications

  • New incoming conversations in “New”

  • Any new response in conversations in “New”

  • When a conversation is assigned to me

  • New response in a conversation assigned to me

Email notifications

  • Enter the email address where the notifications should be sent

  • New incoming conversations in “New”

  • When a conversation is assigned to me

  • New response in a conversation assigned to me
