Quick reply – set up

You can set a quick reply by pressing “/” in the answer bar in a conversation. A screen unfolds. Click on the “+ new” and enter a name and message to add the quick reply. Then set the channels on which you would like to use the quick reply, and for whom the quick reply should be visible.
