You can have your mail forwarded so that emails can be handled in the Saysimple platform.
This forward must be set up by your email administrator.

These should look like this:
saysimpledomain.department@saysimplemail.io
For example = company.customerservice@saysimplemail.io
- Saysimple domain = the domain in the platform URL
- Department = Name of the channel in the platform (we advise to keep this the same. This address cannot be changed once we have set it up)
- @saysimplemail.io = The default email domain
