Add or remove users

Adding or removing users can only be done by a user with Manager rights. Go to Settings> User accounts. Agents can be added via the blue button at the top of “+User”, an agent will immediately receive an activation email at the specified email address. You can change or remove the agent using the pencil and trash can icon.
