Get started! finding contact information

In this article we will show you how to open the contact information via the inbox.

Information from a contact can be found in the inbox.

At the top right, next to the conversation, you'll see a purple icon. When you click on it, you will see the contact information. 

You can edit the contact information by clicking on the pencil icon.

Looking for a specific contact? Click on 'contacts' in the left menu to search through the entire contact list.

From the contact page, you can also edit a contact by clicking on the pencil icon.
