Tags

Tags help you categorize and quickly find conversations. You can assign up to 3 tags per conversation and easily create new tags in the settings.

Using tags in conversations
Use the label icon at the top right of the conversation to add tags. You can assign a maximum of three tags per conversation.

Creating a new tag

  1. Go to Settings > Tags > Manage tags.

  2. Click the blue Add tag button.

  3. Enter the tag name.

  4. Choose a color for the tag.

  5. Save the tag – it’s immediately available to use in conversations.

Tip
Use colors to quickly distinguish between tag types, for example red for urgent, blue for administrative, and green for sales opportunities.
