You can easily change the order of conversations in the columns to choose whether the newest or oldest messages appear at the top.
Sorting conversations

Go to the conversation overview.

Click the icon with three lines and an arrow next to the search bar.

Choose whether you want Newest first or Oldest first.

Tip
Use “Newest first” to respond to the most recent conversations right away, or “Oldest first” to handle overdue conversations first.
